Zeta Lambda Chapter had its Spring Induction Ceremony on Saturday, April 15th at the Rustic Lodge in Indiana, PA. Twenty-nine new members were inducted into Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing and our featured speaker was this years 'Nursing Excellence' Award winner, Dr. Susan Poorman. Dr. Poorman spoke on the importance of tests. It was a great way to spend part of the Easter weekend and a good time was had by all.

Our guest speakers were Dr. Taylor Edwards who presented her dissertation research entitled An Examination of Undergraduate Sophomore Level Nursing Students' Personal Reflection Ability Following High-Fidelity Simulation and Video Assisted Debriefing and Dr. Nicole Custer who presented her dissertation research entitled Test Anxiety and Academic Procrastination among Pre-licensure Nursing Students.
